Who we are

Luke DeCoste, Founder and Academic Lead

Luke DeCoste is founder and lead researcher at Learnigence. He teaches entrepreneurship and serves as Academic Lead for AI2Market at Dalhousie University, where he also holds an adjunct appointment in the Faculty of Management. He is completing a PhD in Positive Organizational Psychology focused on AI, entrepreneurial learning, and program evaluation. Before Learnigence, he co-founded Proof, a venture-backed software company later acquired, and has since worked with accelerators, business schools, and founder support organizations across Canada to design and evaluate entrepreneurship programs.
